Open Meeting for U10s and U12s

There aren’t many track competitions for U10 and U12 athletes, but Woodford Green AC with Essex Ladies have included a Quadrathlon (four event competition) for U10s & U12s in the timetable of their open meeting on the 29th August.

There are also individual events for older athletes that you don’t always see elsewhere.
